Leading Employee Engagement: Effective 1:1s & Stay Interviews to Increase Employee Engagement

Participants will participate in a quick power exercise that will support them in connecting and engaging with their employees. This will be one of several power exercises that participants can add to their own Monday Minute leadership practices.
Course Objectives: Learn a tool that can be used to engage employees.

Participants will gain tools on how to intentionally recognize employees.

Audience: Supervisors, Managers, Leaders and Aspiring Leaders

Participants will learn strategies to support employee achievement. 

Participants will learn a strategy to help connect purpose for their employees to increase commitment and motivation.

Participants will think about ways to provide autonomy to increase employee happiness ,creativity and promotes an overall positive well-being.

Participants will think about ways to encourage connection, team spirit and trust while boosting morale.

Participants will reflect on their own actions, attitudes, behaviors and emotions and how they can be a positive influence for their direct reports.
