03-10-2025: Cultivating a Growth Mindset: Participants will discover ways to support a growth mindset amongst their teams.
04-14-2025: Mindful Leadership: Participants will take time to discover the importance of presence and intentionality when leading teams and gain techniques to incorporate into their leadership style.
05-12-2025: Managing Stress for Wellbeing: Participants will reflect on their role in managing stress for themselves and their team and access stress management tools to support wellbeing and productivity.
