People Excellence is excited to host the first-ever Academic campus Internal Staff Career Fair, on June 23, 2026, located in the recently renovated Employee Success Center, 1st Floor, North Paseo Building (Main Campus) of the NPB) on the Main Campus.

Date: June 23, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Employee Success Center (1st Floor of NPB), Main Campus

This inaugural event, themed, “Bloom Where You’re Planted” is designed to empower UT San Antonio Academic Campus employees by offering: 

  • Opportunities for career exploration, growth and advancement
  • Networking with departments across campus
  • Professional and skills development
  • Showcase internal jobs and professional development resources

Participants can explore and network with departments across campus from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and can register for individual learning sessions available throughout the day.  All sessions are in-person.

Demonstration of online tool conducted by CTP agent. (WEBINAR) General overview using the UT Systemwide contracted Travel and Car Rental Agencies when booking travel for domestic or international travel. Training includes demonstration of the online booking tool, Concur, which allows travelers and travel arrangers to purchase airfare and reserve hotel and car rentals as a one stop shop experience; to include log-in instructions, profile setups, purchase airfare, and secure hotel and car rental reservations. User should be equipped with desktop and monitor to access webinar.
