Business Entertainment and Hospitality
This course is an online webinar completed through WebEx or Zoom. The logon link is sent out 24 hours prior to the start time.
This training will assist in understanding of the restrictions and the procedural requirements governing the manner and extent to which university funding may be expended for business-related entertainment/hospitality as outlined in the policy.

Faculty Credentialing for Academic Departments/Schools
This is an online course designed for department chairs and department administrative staff responsible for credentialing faculty. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) requires that all institutions justify and document the qualifications of their faculty in order for the University to be accredited. This course provides important credentialing guidelines (including UTSA's transcript policy), timelines, and instructions for properly documenting credentials in Digital Measures.
In this course you will learn:
1) Understand why the faculty credentialing process is important
2) Be aware of the policies and guidelines concerning faculty credentialing
3) Understand your role in faculty credentialing
4) Understand the types of information needed to appropriately credential faculty

Building Reports in TracCloud
This course will
introduce attendees into how to build and save basic reporting functions in
RedRock’s TracCloud (formerly TutorTrac) software.
By attending this course, attendees will be able to build
the following reports in TracCloud and save them as favorites: Attendance by
Date, Attendance by Course, Consultant Non-Duplicated Time, Logins by Hour by
Day of Week, Usage Snapshot, SI Comparison Report, Visits Export
