Demonstration of online tool conducted by CTP agent. (WEBINAR) General overview using the UT Systemwide contracted Travel and Car Rental Agencies when booking travel for domestic or international travel. Training includes demonstration of the online booking tool, Concur, which allows travelers and travel arrangers to purchase airfare and reserve hotel and car rentals as a one stop shop experience; to include log-in instructions, profile setups, purchase airfare, and secure hotel and car rental reservations. Course Objectives: By attending this course, travelers and travel arrangers will learn:

• About the contracted UT Systemwide Travel Agencies
• Advantages to using the online reservation tool, Concur; user navigation
• Setup of employee profiles in Concur
• Book airfare; reserve hotels and car rentals

This is a customized workshop for a new team dedicated to building trust within the team, creating a psychologically safe environment for people to share ideas and participate without fear or embarrassment, and to learn different communication methods to enhance individual and team communications.

A workshop for teams working through a transition, dealing with the stages of transitions, the emotions displayed during times of changes and how people work through changes.

Get-to-know-you workshop for the One Stand and Financial Aid/Scholarships teams, as they partner together to serve UTSA students.  This workshop will focus on introductions between all the team members, effective communications/feedback, trust, and time management so as to better collaborate and serve our student more efficiently.

The workshop will lead these two leadership teams to be able to work closely together through activities focusing on building trust, creating psychological safety and enhancing communication.
